We’ve been shown pictures of organ tissues in vaccinated people vs COVID patients. How can this be the very first autopsy on someone who has died shortly after being vaccinated?

What is most disturbing to me is that so far I haven't found them. There should at least dozens of them already. I really wonder why they are not being published and reported to us!

Okay. The autopsy revealed he had covid but also revealed he did not have covid. It says he died of pneumonia, not covid. But covid caused the pneumonia. Or it didn’t.
Patient had COVID-19 with a high “viral load”, so of course he had “spike protein” debris all thru his body. He didn’t live long enugh for his white blood cells to clean up the mess:

Additionally the conclusions in the article indicate the partially vaccinated status MIGHT have been a reason the actual infection (or spike protein) wasn’t found in certain organs (yet).
This has been recycled multiple times since April.
