Patient had COVID-19 with a high “viral load”, so of course he had “spike protein” debris all thru his body. He didn’t live long enugh for his white blood cells to clean up the mess:

Yeah, I saw that! I can only suggest it seems to be typical political doublespeak. "He could have really gotten sick, but he only died, instead"
