I don’t think so at all. My ex-daughter-in-law is obese and got Delta in July, along with her non-obese husband and 2 kids (one of whom is my teenaged granddaughter). None of them were vaccinated. The parents were both hospitalized for 6 days but the kids were fine. My DIL was sent home on oxygen but she survived, as did her husband. It’s not a death sentence.

Tell that to the Freeper who died before she could get the infusion.

People will have various degrees of problems depending on a variety of factors including viral load.

One Freeper told a story about how a neighbor with COPD got through it but it killed her husband.

A poster on this thread might not have lived if she hadnt pushed hard to get that infusion treatment at the very last minute. She was headed on a downward slope

It is idiotic to not have a plan if you get it...but hey..each to their own.
