They’ll try re-education centers(new kind of jail) first. If that doesn’t work, you get a fresh ‘vaccine’ prior to release and then be dead in a few weeks of ‘natural causes’.
Half the population would agree with and go right along with a system like this. They’ll be the ones running the tech end of things that are the tracking/control systems. Big Tech already practices this sort of thing on the web. A big ole socially engineered globe.
