He has... facial hair. N95s CANNOT be worn with facial hair. I did asbestos remediation with a full face respirator years ago, and they stressed being clean shaven daily. It wasn’t worth your life. N95s work the same way. His facial hair makes it easy for aerosols to get in.
I’m not a pro-masker, but this video is a bit misleading. However, considering EVERYONE wears masks incorrectly for COVID (maybe healthcare folks notwithstanding) his video is apropos.
I see guys with a full beard wearing those little surgeon’s masks.
My step dad was a painter for the Rock Island Railroad. They had to wear big bulky military looking masks and he still came home and blew paint out of his nostrils every day. He was clean shaven

One of my clients is a hospital. Since this all started, not a SINGLE employee has ever worn an N95.
Surgical masks only, loose fitting just like nearly ALL of the masks I see the stupid wearing every single day.
For all intents & purposes, his was a REAL WORLD demonstration of key facts about facial coverings and NOT A THING in your comment validates the efficacy of a piece of cloth or, for that matter, a worthless N95 against an airborne virus.
Just to be clear.
I was trained in CBW gas masks.
You should be able to suck your mask so it stays on with no straps.

I’ve worn these masks when I’ve worked on my house. Never had any facial hair because I shave and can’t really grow a beard. After sanding sheetrock I usually end up with a sinus infection. When I demolished my kitchen I was blowing black snot for a week. Masks will not prevent infection or even prevent the spread.
