They don’t want fires prevented. Burning the wood seasons it so it can be immediately cut and shipped to China for a giant profit. Without the wildfires, the log companies would have to pay for seasoning, and wouldn’t be able to cut the wood because of conservation restrictions. After a fire—no restrictions.

I don’t know about her theory, but in practice the environazis file lawsuit after lawsuit to prevent dead wood from being harvested, whether from fires or beetles. Mother Earth supposedly wants all the dead wood to stay there, helps the next inferno get going. Many of the huge fires re-burn in the old fires because nazi lawsuits prevented any harvesting of dead but usable timber. This is factual, both in CA and OR. Vast amount of timber could have been harvested over the last 20 years but enviros prevented it. I remember one series of lawsuits about timber in the Biscuit Fire in 2002, 1 million acres, near us. When the enviros finally laws, about 10 years or more later, the timber was rotten and unusable.
But guess what! It could still burn, and did so about 3 years ago, another bad fire.
Environazis should be forced to slave on hand crews working wildfires. No pay.
