I work in the travel industry and there are already strong currents related to ‘climate change’ and how tourism is to blame for a big chunk of ‘carbon footprints’ (airliners, cruise ships, buses, etc.). They’re gearing up to stop or limit people from traveling at all, pandemic or not.
I wonder if this will apply at the border?
