I guess Dave doesn’t need a couple hundred thousand dollars.

I grew up on Led Zeppelin, the Beatles, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, The Who, and Pink Floyd. Why would I ever have the least bit of interest in David Bop, boze-de-boze-de-bop, se-de-bop Roth?

Roth’s making the mistake of thinking that he’s Van Halen, rather than just the ex-frontman. He never had much of a voice in the first place, and it is completely shot now. He’s lucky he got offered that gig.

I hope Dave didn't hurt himself when he fell down fighting with the guy from Def Leopard. He should have just jumped.

I never listened to MÖTLEY CRÜE, DEF LEPPARD, METALLICA, POISON, and JOAN JETT & THE BLACKHEARTS that I am aware of. I have no doubt that they were playing as background noise through the years.
Stay true and original David Lee Roth!
Least anyone balk my cutoff point for music was 1972. If the group or act didn't exist by then I don't know them. Of course with a few individual standout songs through the years.

When Van Halen first came out, I bought their album, but quickly got bored with them and never chose to listen to them again. I always thought of them as some sort of Hollywood music industry production. Seriously, I can’t think of one song that actually has any depth to it whatsoever. Their music was insulting to me.

So he admits to imitating Bono, Springsteen and Metalica.

“CRÜE’s first live dates since wrapping its 2014/2015 farewell tour.”
That’s why I hate it when bands say it’s their “farewell tour”. IT’S NOT AND NEVER WILL BE. Who says farewell to money?

Actually I agree with Roth. Van Halen were giants compared to Motley Crue (which I agree is kind of a low bar)

Arrogance... And that is why I didn’t follow him after he split from the band and went solo. But he would not be the first with a selfish irrational ego.

Didn’t he become El Roth a few years back?
