“Beef like”. These are not the burgers you’ve looking for.

Still not the real thing. No, you eat it first...then tell me if it’s worth the cost, and your digestion.

I am waiting for oak, walnut, beech, and maple. Just thinking ahead for the work shop.

I’m not buying until they have a steak/mashed potato 3D combo printer on sale for Prime Day. I might spring a little more if it prints out good rolls though.

Not a giant tumor.
Only 5mm.
Small, but growing tumor.

If they can create a beef steak of near Wagyu quality beef. I’d say they would win the meat market.
I don’t think they have it though, and price matters.

Interesting but not ready for primetime.
I’ve never had Wagyu, but I see I could get a lb of Wagyu ground beef at Walmart for $4.99.
There are many suppliers of Wagyu from whom you can order online. If you do, be prepared to pay a price in the neighborhood of $300/lb.
It’s hard to find prime grade meat locally but a few years ago a butcher had prime steaks available. I went to have a look and they were definitely different than USDA choice beef. They looked like hunks of fat with meat scattered among them.
Most prime beef goes to restaurants, a good many of which could be considered fine dining. I can think of only two restaurants nearby that qualify. I’ve never been to either.

However, the way cattle are raised today is often considered to be unsustainable in light of its outsized contribution to climate emissions.
Everything woke turns to sh!t.

Scientists from Osaka University used stem cells isolated from Wagyu cows to 3D-print a meat alternative
This isn't a meat alternative - it's meat. I'll certainly try it when it becomes available - it sounds like inexpensive Wagyu will be on the way.

In time, it will be cheaper to make.

I’ll have the SPAM lamb, thank you.

Try the wagyu burgers!
They are some of the best, juciest, tasteful burgers you can get. Three patties for five bucks. I usually stock up when they have them.
