I have been reading that the China Virus has never been isolated. If that is true how can a proper vaccine be created to build antibodies to defeat the virus?
Researchers from the Vaccine Research Institute (VRI) (Inserm/Université Paris-Est Créteil), CEA and Université Paris-Saclay are working on the development of a vaccine comprised of a monoclonal antibody that targets immune cells circulating throughout the body: dendritic cells. These cells play a key role in stimulating the immune system through their ability to induce a robust and long-lasting antibody and cellular response, as demonstrated by the team in other models of infection. The monoclonal antibody is fused to a SARS-CoV-2 protein, which stimulates the dendritic cells.
Gotta feeling that isn't the truth. It was indeed isolated in a lab in Wuhan before it was released on the planet.
The world has been relying upon the data provided by China for the genetic sequencing of Covid.
What could possibly go wrong?

OK, but if that virus in China was bio engineered in some way as has also been suggested then what was released from the lab was not the original virus.

SARS-CoV2 has been isolated and sequenced hundreds of thousands of times by numerous laboratories. Cultures are available to those with legitimate need and facilities. Hundreds of electron microscope images of the virus have been published. Wherever you are reading this, they are just spreading disinformation.

For one thing, there is no RNA involved. This treatment is similar to a classic vaccine, in that a synthetic fragment of non-reproducing virus shell is introduced to the body and provokes a durable immune response.
Also, the target for this treatment is not the S1 protein on the virus. It is a different piece of a virus shell, presumably less toxic than the S1 protein. That idea needs very careful testing.
The S1 protein was originally chosen as the target for the mRNA treatments because the researchers believed it was stable and would avoid the Antibody Dependent Enhancement reaction. Oops. Looks like they were wrong on both counts, plus S1 is toxic by itself. It is complicated.
These things must be tested in small populations over a period of time before deployed to general distribution. We forget that at our peril.
Whatever escaped from the Wuhan lab has long since mutated into a much less lethal and more contagious form. That is what viruses do, especially those in the coronavirus family. Of course, what we see now is not the original virus.
It is still "close enough for Government work".

It seems to me simply changing one's lifestyle choices (homosexuality and IV drug use) can prevent HIV 100%...and at ZERO COST.

obsolete already? Pfitzer and Moderna were trailed against alpha (wild wuhan original recipe), too. And fell in efficacy against Delta. With DeltaPlus, Delta3, Lambda, Mu and Pango on the horizon, all improvements on Delta or the beta infectivity mechanisms, wouldn’t it make more sense to hold off and run trials against Delta first, like JJ, yes? Although I guess if they can cut into Pfitzer/Moderna’s market share, it’s a good thing.
