“Or came in contact with it”? I believe he means: contracted it and recovered without symptoms.Thus they have the same full natural immunity as one who recovered from symptomatic disease.

Shown via antibodies, presumably? The PCR test was always a fraud for this purpose. The inventor of the technology even said as much. An antibody or T-cell test would be more reliable for detecting past infection and current immunity.
