Daily Trends in Number of COVID-19 Deaths in Florida Reported to CDC

CDC Florida data showing a DRAMATIC decline in deaths since they rolled out Regeneron in Mid-August.

Note that nothing van stop infection, not vaccine, not Regeneron. The virus does not check if you are vaccinated or unvaccinated. It just floats right into your respiratory system if you are breathing and starts replicating. If I recall, president Trump was treated with Regeneron and recovered quickly from covid.

I believe that drop-off in the past few days is largely illusory because of data reporting lags.

Florida changed its reporting process.

Correct, Florida now reports weekly as I recall reading. So I guess the CDC divides by 7 and uses that as the daily number.

Florida changed its reporting process.

They've started reporting a death on the actual day a person died vs reporting the death on the day it was registered. Which, in my opinion, is the correct way to do it. It will show an artificial decline in the short term but deaths are now accurately reported based on date of death.

Interesting page. Thanks for posting. I searched it trying to find the chart showing cases by vaccinated or unvaccinated, since they keep saying it’s a “pandemic of the unvaccinated”. Can anyone find that data? Trend lines by vaccination status would be enlightening.

Also....if they’re counting cases as ‘vax’d, after 14 days past “vax” date.

I read, on a recent thread, that that is their new method....you’re ‘un’-’vax’d, if you are hospitalized and/or die, 14 days past your shot.

Please ping me if you do receive/find that breakdown. TIA.
