However, unless I'm missing something in the source article, I'm not seeing anything about the DoD being involved in any way. In fact, nothing in the article supports the claims made in the title.
All I'm seeing is that the Center for Threat Preparedness referred questions to the Department of HHS. I looked up the Center of Threat Preparedness and it is a state agency in West Virginia.
I'm also not seeing where this was a no-fly zone. Local authorities not allowing drones to fly overhead also sounds weird, but is a far cry from "closed airspace". Was it a real no-fly zone? I looked up the Temporary Flight Restrictions on the FAA website and didn't see any NOTAMS regarding this incident.
Additionally, the source article reported eyewitnesses seeing mobile labs, command centers, and satellite antennae at the site. There are zero pictures to back up any of these claims.

The source and/or the writer reached out to DOD apparently, and at the second story are some other articles listed by a poster which reference the accident. The other article provides an email for questions regarding this story.
This appears to be a “tip of the iceberg” item, and is, according to the source article, in “ongoing story” mode. It appears to be a tiny local source.
Worthy questions, and worth investigation, especially in light of the article posted just now on FR listing just what HAS been found in the vaccines.
It may explain a lot.
