No idea if this is true, but if so, very interesting. The shipment may have been on its way to Ghana...?

Bad news about this shipment:
The vehicle transporting these #COVID19 vaccines to an airfield from the storage facility in West Virginia literally fell into a ditch in the early hours of Aug 27.
Unclear how many doses were recovered from the crash, and no new ETA is available.

A shipment of #COVID19 vaccines is scheduled to depart for Ghana on August 28 via @UNICEFGhana.
Specific vaccine and quantities are not yet available, but the batch will likely consist of most or all of the 1,229,620 Moderna doses donated by the USA through #COVAX.

https://wvmetronews.com/2021/08/28/truck-that-crashed-on-i-79-was-carrying-moderna-vaccine/ not sure about DoD though. My link mentions DoH.
A few of these in private hands at a large laboratory might prove extremely interesting.
Understand the Japanese have stopped at least one brand because of unidentified matter in the proposed shots.
It's a similar question one could ask about the French Marquis blowing up Nazi ammunition trains headed toward the front.
That’s what I thought.

That’s pretty damn creepy. Surprised I haven’t heard of this possible conspiracy theory before your post. Seems somewhat possible and/or believable.
Very possible that the truck had hospital radio active waste on it. This could be explanation on why airspace was shutdown for monitoring for 21 hours.
