From the article: “He told DailyMail.com that the study did show that ivermectin could inhibit the replication of COVID-19 virus cells, which is what many are reading from the study that makes them believe the drug has virus killing properties.”

None of the doctors that have successfully used Ivermectin to TREAT COVID-19 say that it attacks the virus - nobody has indicated that although I find it interesting that this statement from the article DOES implicate that it does? What Ivermectin DOES do successfully is fight the inflammation that is caused when our bodies fight the virus. So this treatment is to reduce our reaction to the virus and let the virus run its course without causing the inflammation in our lungs that would cause us to get much worse. There are many, many treatments that doctors prescribe to address the symptoms of illness/disease/exposure.

I remember a couple years ago that I got into some nasty poison oak and had a terrible break-out. The treatment that I was given (steroids) was not to get rid of the poison oak, it was to reduce my REACTION to the poison. This is very much the same as what Ivermectin provides for COVID.

There is also this:

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0166354220302011#:~:text=Ivermectin%20binds%20to%20and%20destabilises,normal%2C%20more%20efficient%20antiviral%20response.

Maybe this idiot from the DailyMail article should find a new line of work...

“people are getting sick because they’re taking high-strength version intended for large animals”

Back to the lies. There is no ‘high strength version’ of Ivermectin. The ‘strength’ of it is how many milligrams on ingests, not how big the jar is (or tube, in this case). After all, are 500 milligram Tylenols any ‘stronger’ in a large bottle than a small bottle?

So it seems to me that our government could, maybe, help people get the dosage right, so if they do take the drug, which is NOT harmful in proper amounts, they don’t get sick.

Concentrations of the drug used in the study are not safe for human use, and not applicable to the real world

Then please give what would be the proper safe dosage for humans!

>>Geary, who is the Research Chair in Parasite Biotechnology at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, says that the study which spawned much of the ivermectin-craze is not being correctly read.

There is no “the study”, one study, involves. See the IVM meta URL in my prior post.

"Top ivermectin expert says deworming drug does not treat COVID, that it poses no danger to humans if taken in the correct dose"

And why are people having trouble getting the correct dose? Don't we have doctors to tell us what that dosage would be and prescribe that amount for us?

I keep hearing how people are being poisoned because they are taking does meant for large animal. Well that is the unintended consequence of not allowing doctors to prescribe medicine that is in regular use around the world and by all evidence does no harm. It can be debated whether it actually will help with COVID but we will never know because “the science” won’t allow the scientific method to prove it one way or the other.

More like Timothy Leary. He must be trippin’ because he admits Ivermectin can affect the virus’ replication.

A quick look at Dr Geary’s bio (Phd, not MD)

Active Affiliations
Consultant or advisor to:

-World Health Organization
-Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
-Grand Challenges Canada
-US National Institutes of Health and US Food and Drug Administration
-Many pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies
-American Association for the Advancement of Science
-American Society of Parasitologists
-American Association of Veterinary Parasitologists
-American Heartworm Society

He is commenting on an early study from SARS-COV-1 in the lab on cell cultures, not on ANY human trials (of which there have now been over 200).

His primary work now is to repurpose flubendazole to cure the same diseases that Ivermectin already addresses. I’ll bet a big steak dinner that he is funded by a major drug company...

His comment on the dosage uses microliters (liquid measurement) which is not how any human dosage is measured (mg).

He is just another shill for the globalists...
That is all I needed to know.

Top Ivermectin Expert????

Seriously?? Is there an Ivermectin degree program somewhere?

How many patients has the so-called expert treated for flu, pneumonia or the RONA?

Personally, I’d listen to Doctors who are on the front lines treating people with success.

“He told DailyMail.com that the study did show that ivermectin could inhibit the replication of COVID-19 virus cells.”

I’m getting to like this guy. He gives the red meat to the Left, so that he can keep his job and license (if that’s needed), but drops a couple of positive hints for us at the same time.

just don’t suggest it helps people overcome covid!

29 Aug: UK Express: Anti-parasitic drug discovered in 1975 could be ‘game-changer’ in fight against cancer
An anti-parasitic drug discovered in 1975 could be a “game-changer” in the fight against cancer, scientists have claimed.
Since its discovery by the Kitasato Institute in Tokyo, Ivermectin has been used to treat some of the world’s most persistent tropical diseases including onchocerciasis, helminthiases, and scabies...

Now scientists at Canada-based pharmaceutical company Mountain Valley MD claim to have found a way to dissolve the drug into a substance they are calling Ivectosol...
According to Mountain Valley MD, Ivermectin could kick start the death of cancerous cells when injected directly into a tumour...

The trials aim to put the drug up against some of the world’s hardest to treat cancers including triple-negative breast cancer, metastatic melanoma, and non-small cell lung carcinoma.

And because Ivermectin is already so well-understood, Mountain Valley MD hopes they’ll be able to bring their new product to market far faster than would otherwise be possible...

If approved this could potentially mean that Ivectosol would be ready for consideration for human applications by early 2022 in the US.
And because the US market is considered the benchmark for much of the rest of the world, global approvals would follow soon thereafter...

My brother in law and sister in law recently both had COVID. They were both unvaxxed at the time and she took the horse paste version of Ivomec. She doesn’t know if she took too much or was allergic to it, but the Ivomec made her as sick as the COVID. Fortunately they both survived, but were, in their own words, sicker than they ever want to be again.
