I see the problem. He’s prescribed ivermectin and no one died.
It’s an odd coincidence, but the 6 people I know who have covid right now are all vaccinated. One is in ICU about to go on a vent and another died a few days ago. The others are fine. None were offered any treatment except, come back if you can’t breathe.
I cannot imagine why this doc would be investigated. A strong Fauci influence must be afoot.

In the last couple weeks, CVS was out of it but Walgreens had it, so maybe they have caught up with the demand.

Also, modern American physicians are not required to swear to abide by the Hippocratic Oath, at least not to the ridiculously outdated original Greek oath.
Ivermectin is a perfectly legal, FDA approved drug.
Prescribing drugs for off label use is also perfectly legal, and is commonplace.
Unless Texas has specifically banned off-label prescription of ivermectin, I doubt that Texas physicians face legal risk just for prescribing it. However, they should probably get a signed consent from the patient acknowledging that they understand that ivermectin is not FDA approved for use against Covid, and they should be given a list of the drug's possible side effects.
Does anyone have a contact within a Christian legal organization like Rutherford Institute or ACLJ to ask them to help?

My Office Manager died Sunday before last of covid.
I have learned a lot in the last 2 weeks:
1) There is NO accepted protocol or standard of care in treating covid. The MDs can do as much or as little as they want to without fear of repercussions as long as it would appear to a reviewer that they were not grossly negligent.
2) I have not yet found a lawyer who would bring a malpractice suit IF covid is the cause of action. They have explained to me that since there is no established and accepted treatment protocol, there is nothing to measure the MDs actions against to prove malpractice -— or even neglect, if they did anything at all or nothing at all for the patient.
3) Some MDs feel they should not even be bothered to treat a patient that is not vaccinated, and they are quite vocal about it to the patient and the family. No one feels comfortable or confident with their life or their loved one’s in the hands of an MD that exudes open disdain and disrespect for them.
4) In human medicine, the placebo effect, and its opposite, are real and can make a difference. If you truly believe a drug or treatment will save you -— you just might be right because you believe and your body responds accordingly. However, if you are in a bed begging for drugs and treatments that you are denied every time, especially if concurrent with laughter and/or profanity from your caregivers, it can beat down your will to try to keep going.
5) If there is a treatment or modality that you would prefer, do your homework. Most hospitals will share how their MDs treat patients, what the protocols are, as general information before you go to the hospital. They are wildly different from one facility to the next. If you want a particular treatment or kind of care, do your homework NOW and know where you want to go before you need a hospital. Changing hospitals during treatment is not easy.
Don’t wait. Read, learn, listen, discuss, and plan. I suspect that before this is all over we will all have to actually get some iteration of covid and have the natural immunity of infection/recovery, with antibodies to the viral proteins on the spike, capsule, and everywhere else, before this thing is finally under control. Until then -— just keep swimming, swimming swimming . . .
