Can’t shake the uncomfortable suspicion that some Covid patients are not getting quality care depending on their “political” beliefs.
Maybe my tinfoil hat is too tight.
Did he get the monoclonal antibody treatment? I wish we knew the kind of treatment he received. A lot of hospitals and treatment centers are sending COVID patients home and telling them to ride it out.
Vaccine or no, he should have the monoclonal antibody treatment when the symptoms are new and transfusion of antibodies as soon he is admitted to the hospital.
We should be concentrating on the treatments and hepatization prevention more than the vaccine now.
These almost seem like targeted hits. 1 is a coincidence, 2 are an anomaly, a dozen are neither of the aforementioned.
I know lots of people who think that the unvaccinated should get no care whatsoever if they catch Covid.
I am starting to think that if a public figure who has been vehemently stating his or her opposition to the vaccine ends up in the hospital the medical staff may be fine with just letting the disease take its course, come what may.
Ordinary folk (or their families if the patient died) who have been against the disease get a chance to recant and publicly warn the masses. Treatment is then extended to these converts.
But what is never, ever written in these reports is why anyone who is in otherwise good health (vaccinated or not) ends up at the hospital with COVID already fairly far advanced. Making survival rather iffy. In the coming months I believe we will see more serious COVID cases in the vaccinated even if right now that is not so. Then what will the media report?

I doubt that very much, but I do know many doctors don’t want to deal with patients that refuse to get vaccinated and then come running for help when they get sick.
On a similar note: I personally know doctors that have refused to treat smokers (have them as patients) if they don’t plan or want to quit smoking - can’t say that I really blame them.
He was in a medical coma and on a vent since August 8.
Vents kill.
You should see the tweets from doctors and nurses saying the unvaccinated should be refused care. There’s no doubt care might be different for the unvaccinated.
Good point...
Plus I thought he must have been ‘fully vaccinated’ because they didnt lead off with the word ‘unvaccinated’ in the first sentence...
However, they also dont say he was or wasnt dwwn the page...
If he wasnt are they just neglecting the so called unvaxxed...
Ya think?

That has been reported many times. Antibiotics and other life saving measures are being withheld.
Seems there have been at least three conservative radio talk show hosts die of this recently.
People who had the ability to reach a substantially larger audience than just the folks exchanging opinions at the corner watering hole.
