You have to have the will and want to win first. WW2 took about 4 years against mighty, technologically advanced, brilliant, incredibly strong and motivated countries. We should have obliterated the responsible parts of Afghanistan...including nukes goddammit..right after 9/11 then split and dare them to try it again!
