So all of this supplement and medicine talk is Greek to me. I have however printed Dr. Z’s protocol. First hurdle, elemental zinc. My choice is zinc sulfate 220mg which yields 50mg of elemental zinc. Next hurdle is Quercetin 500mg, which is bioflaviniod. As I understand it’s a strong antioxidant. Ordered both today. Ensured they were sourced from the US. Not expensive.
Our family does not take medicine. I would consider the family in low risk category. Next will be to obtain the prescription medication detailed in the high risk protocol.

So far as I know I have avoided the coof(Covid-19).
So I share the highlights from what I have read and done so far:
Going back to what I watched on MedCram at the beginning - a good night’s sleep is one of the very most important things-make sure to get 7-8 hrs.
I’d suggest a good high potency multi-vitamin.
And Vitamin D3 is absolutely at the top of the list - 2-6,000 mg daily - people who are overweight need more. Your immune system depends on the D vitamin to activate. Since I don’t get much sunlight, I took a “hammer” 10,000 mg twice a day for 3 days, and then 2-6,000 daily.
Quercetin is a booster for immunity, broad spectrum anti-viral, pain killer, and acts as an ionophore. Zinc can not get into the cell to combat the virus without an ionophore. Bromelain(found in pineapple) aids the effectiveness of Quercetin. HCQ is a more powerful ionophore than Quercetin-so if you get a bad case of coof it is really desired to get the HCQ.
Vitamin C works synergistically with the Quercetin. Some primary benefits are anti-inflammatory, antithrombotic, and antiviral(in high doses).
B Vitamins help fight viral replication and invasion, dampen cytokine storm, and hypercoagulability.
Melatonin - Boosts immune function and reduces inflammation, and enhance Vit. D synthesis, and may help prevent the coof by recharging glutathione.
NAC ( N-acetyl cysteine) helps fight glutathione deficiency - which is thought to be associated with severity of cases. Vitamin C should be paired with NAC and be 2-3 times the amount of NAC taken.
Ivermectin can help all the way along early and late stages. It can also be taken with HCQ/Quercetin.
If I have to go to the Doctor or hospital for blood tests etc. where the coof may be hanging out, I increase my prevention protocol to exposed/early treatment protocol for 2 days prior to the visit, the day of the visit, and then for 2-3 days after the visit.
Hope that helps.
