a natural substance that inhibits the sPLA2-IIA is maslinic acid, aka triterpene. NIH: Inhibition of Human Group IIA-Secreted Phospholipase A2 and THP-1 Monocyte Recruitment by Maslinic Acid

Didn't find anything searching for maslinic acid, but found triterpene in several products on Amazon. Looks like Goto Kola extracts and Reishi Mushroom extracts, may be the strongest.

No clue how much to take.

I'm guessing you would only take this once diagnosed or sick.
