The new one is fully approved and is not available yet. The one under EUA is still under EUA.
doesn’t federal law prohibit mandates for EUA shots??
So tired of the lies.
So tired of what lies? The FDA lies?
Agree.
Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee), for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals.
My thinking is that they're one in the same but have to be separated by lawyer words to be able to use as Approved and EUA at the same time. Peel off the label and put a different one on and call it something else. They created a loophole and jumped through it.
