Go into a store alone(maskless) and see what happens. Send a group of people in one and you have a movement along with a few cops. A meeting of the maskless gets you nothing. The only place for that is a Trump rally and how many locales will allow that? A waste of time.

Well during the clinton/obama era I was all over the country activating. We made the mistake of not pounding our children in the head with the idea of loving America. Now we are too old to leave our homes.

I’ve done that from the beginning. Most times, no issues. Occasionally, I have a confrontation.

I’d like to connect with others for action. I have ideas.

LOL

Here in rural MO, we tossed the masks last late Spring. Kids went back to school last fall, no masks, no distancing.

I just don’t understand conservatives living in blue places. You’re paying for those rules with various taxes or simply being part of the labor force that keeps things chugging along.

Meanwhile, it’s looking like the Left has every intention of completely collapsing the USA and USD. That will be many times worse than the great depression and anyone but the uber rich will be affected. Do you really want to be on one of the coasts N/S/E/W or in a Northern state or a city when that happens?

The people that torched the cities will branch out into the suburbs to rape, pillage and plunder.

It’ll never happen here, this is the USA /s

There’s a group in Georgia.
They’re…Georgia.
Yeah many wear masks, but it’s a personal choice at this point. Practically no compulsion to speak of.

“I just don’t understand conservatives living in blue places”

Would you sell your 3 or 4 generation family farm to an oligarch and move out of state?

I am not sure how serious this mandate is,,,,I waltzed into Wallyworld with no mask and nary a peep...maybe 30% were maskless.
Fresh Market requires it but I wear it on my chin...same with Costco. No push back
My gym doesn’t say anything after the first day of requiring it...they even took the signs down.
So i dunno.

For me it's the job that keeps me in NYC area. The salary I earn here is much higher than I can earn most other places even when weighted for cost of living and other factors. Once my career is done, I'm looking at the Carolinas or perhaps the Tennessee/Northern Alabama area.

That might happen sooner than I planned the way things are going.

Depends on the State you’re in. Cali, NY or any other totally blue State? Yes.

My family has 12 lines going back to the Mayflower passengers and I grew up 20 miles North of Plymouth Rock. The hometown church I lacked attendance to was est. in 1632. My uncle on mom’s side was so big in the church they named the bell ringers after him. I did go to a few functions with my mom when I was little.

All of us have left Massachusetts on both our side and that uncle’s side and didn’t look back at 400 that year history except for one sister who’s in her mid 70s and one of three of her daughters.

The rest of us saw that state as an abusive spouse of sorts. Just packed up and left, memories or legacy be damned.

Legacy and memories are not a family farm. However that may not be a problem soon. Biden wants to get rid of family farms by taxing farm inheritance to where transfer to an heir is impossible. The farms will be transferred to oligarchs.

But I know of what you speak. I have had many friends leave Oregon just because of the tyranny of the left.

I go to church.

We have thousands of maskless people who meet every Sunday.

Find a church that fears God more than Covid.

Keep crunching the numbers—lower expenses are an amazing thing...

Retired now—house paid for, cars paid for—rural area with relatively low property taxes and home insurance costs—and this is in CT.

The expense numbers in the mid south should be even lower.

Since I couldn't believe the signs that all the stores put up, I tried them manually one at a time. I now have some new shopping patterns that will remain with me for the rest of my life or until the next epochal event.

I'm looking at the Carolinas or perhaps the Tennessee/Northern Alabama area.

After spending four years in that part of the country, I would recommend Tennessee/northern Alabama (though if you are at Huntsville or north, the southern Alabamans will regard you as a damn Yankee, regardless).

I got better reactions in southern Georgia saying I moved from Wisconsin than if I said I grew up in Connecticut.

Chattanooga is not a bad area, nor is Huntsville (from what little I've seen of it). Stay away from Birmingham. The Kentucky Fried Chicken off the highway there was like a 3rd World Country.
