I’ve had the first two in my supplements for years, maybe decades at this point.
The latter two I added in June of last year.
I haven’t been sick in a couple years. I don’t dismiss it might just be coincidence though.
The simplest advice is don’t be fat and lazy.
Free advice: Do due diligence and purchase quality supplements from companies that do not use Chinese ingredients, i.e., don’t go cheap/spend the good money.
Mine cost me around $3-4/day in total, easily rationalized with other actions having reduced daily spending (no consumerism food/drink or vices other than a single IPA most nights).
This does not include choosing fresh fish over fraudulent Omega-3 oils.
