Free advice: Do due diligence and purchase quality supplements from companies that do not use Chinese ingredients, i.e., don’t go cheap/spend the good money.
Mine cost me around $3-4/day in total, easily rationalized with other actions having reduced daily spending (no consumerism food/drink or vices other than a single IPA most nights).
This does not include choosing fresh fish over fraudulent Omega-3 oils.
Yeah, I’ve been buying made in America stuff, haven’t done a deep dive to make sure they’re not using Chinese precursors. Any suggestions?
