I focus on always taking care of myself health wise.
I eat healthy, exercise often, meditate daily, and get 7-9 hours of sleep daily.
I have a pre and probiotic drink in the a.m. with a swig of Cod Liver Oil.
I take vitamin C, D3, Quercetin, and Zinc.
I go for walks daily and get a little Sun while I do.
I also don’t get stressed and play sports for fun.
I’ll take my chances with natural immunity.
(That’s a lot of I’s, but that’s all I have to go by…)
