This is the horrific moment a woman attacked an Asian couple in their 60s over an $11 purchase after they refused to give her the items because her pre-paid card was declined.
Ebony Afzal, 25, has been charged with two counts of felonious assault and one count of vandalism after police say she was recorded by surveillance cameras violently hitting the owners of Chic Plus Beauty Supply on Lorrain Avenue in Cleveland.
The Cleveland Division of Police has not mentioned if they also plan to pursue hate crime charges.
Afzal was arraigned in court on Friday July 30, and appeared grinning widely in her mug shot.
The judge issued a $75,000 bond based on a prior assault charge, ABC5 reported.(snip)
In a cellphone video recorded by one of the owners, Afzal can be heard saying: 'May I please have my items please, I will leave and get out of your hair. You will never see me in your store again.
'All I'm trying to do is get my items, that's it. I'm not being belligerent.'
The owner then says: 'We cannot give you anything because it's not cleared.'
Surveillance video shows how Afzal knocks the man down, before jumping behind the counter and unleashing an attack on both the owners.
Afzal drags the woman while damaging the displays in the store.
The couple suffered injuries and were left bruised.
The couple's son spoke of his outrage after seeing the footage.
'I just saw my mom today since it happened and she's all bruised up, her hair's been pulled out, she has bruises all over her body. My dad's mouth was all bloodied up,' said David Jo to Fox8.

I was going to post that i didn’t need to see a picture a name like Eboni, and there it was staring me in the face with that criminal grin. With $75000 bond, i don’t think she’s bailing out since she caused all this for $11 purchase.
My GF goes to a more than a few beauty salons. You name it: Vietnamese, Filipino, Armenian, Chinese etc. ALL of them say they “prefer” NOT to service the BLM groupies. They dont care if they’re called racists etc. They even sometimes say flat “No”. Here’s a perfect example why.
She seems quite pleased with herself.
At some point these Asian victims need to revert to traditional methods of dealing with attackers. Not to say like ninjas in an 80’s movie but maybe an old school rice flail or quarter staff beat down.

I guess she was thinking, in the words of MLK, “I have a dream..”
Although this person is responsible for her own actions and should be held accountable, I personally feel that the democrat party/race hustlers and all of the corruption that they are, are responsible for much of the behavior of people such as this. She felt entitled to whatever she wanted, so was offended and became enraged when not given what she wanted.
The scum are the ones who have developed a system where such attitudes are encouraged, common and tolerated.

I know a Vietnamese woman quite well, friends with my wife. Had a similar business in "the hood" and went through the same nonsense. She moved to a errr, suburb, and now she says business couldn't be better. And she's doing great. Opening a second store.
