Sec Ed says states can't block funds to schools with masked mandates. [PLEASE SUE YOUR SCHOOL DISTRICT!]

Posted on 08/24/2021 10:21:06 AM PDT by dangus

Education Secretary Miguel Cardona says his department is working with local governments and school superintendents to help them break state laws banning mask mandates.

As reported, for instance by Epoch news:

"“We have to do everything in our power to keep them safe,” Cardona said in the interview, adding that he had spoken to superintendents in several districts embroiled in the mask mandate controversy to “let them know that we have their back. And yes, they can draw down on the funds that were promised to them so they can safely reopen schools.”"

Here's the thing: Gov Rightminded passes a law saying that schools can't have mask mandates. Naziburg ISD passes on anyway. Gov Rightminded wants to withhold federal funding, but now the Sec Ed says he can't. What to do?

Quit thinking of it top-down, and think bottom-up!

Vick Timm won't wear his mask to school. Principal Himmler insists that if he won't submit to human experimentation he can't go to school...

Wait... what? Since when does a school board get to decide who gets an education? Or that staring at a computer screen in an empty home amounts to a constitutionally permissable separate-but-equal schooling? Time for the Attorney General to get involved. You get NO funding left, after the lawsuit.

"The long march through the institutions (der lange Marsch durch die Institutionen) " is a strategy coined by Communist student activist Rudi Dutschke around 1967 in support of the Italian Gramsci's warming that you must destroy a culture before a Communist take over. The school boards are first level and most important to be infiltrate.
