PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have released video of a group of teenagers wanted in the brutal assault of a deliveryman last week in the city's Queen Village section.
It happened on August 17 around 10:18 p.m. when police say 38-year-old Zach Lean was attacked by a group of teens on bikes on the 300 block of Christian Street.

Third and Christian Sts is a white gentrified neighborhood with a children's playground just steps away, an adjacent blocks-long fabric shopping area for drapers and fashion designers, several restaurants and the touristy section of the waterfront nearby, all just steps away from where he was attacked.

-Real estate marketers love to put lipstick on a pig.
-High prices don't always correspond with high value.
-The same conditions that led to it going ghetto can still exist. Historically, cities are not reborn except from ashes.
-Gentrified often means resentful former and soon-to-be-former residents bear a deep grudge against those they feel displaced them.
It is, and definitely not a "no go zone", but those projects on the south side of the block are almost definitely the source of these thugs.
There's not a lot of violence in them since everyone there is related to one another after nearly 50 years of inbreeding.
They're building some pretty nice housing adjacent to them, not sure what's going to happen with them.
Some people make uninformed comments and when informed, just continue to argue off-the-point theories. blablablablah... It sure is tiresome.
