Is this hyperbole really necessary?

It's not hyperbole in my case. At present, I know one person (a cousin) who ended up in the hospital with blood-clots in his legs. Another, an elderly lady from our church, was forced to get the shot in order to enter a rehab facility and died a few days afterwards. At present, I know about as many people personally who have been injured by the vaccine as have been hospitalized or died with covid.

How many do you know that got the shot and lived or wasn't incapacitated.
