I’ve always seen walnuts and almonds, sometimes pistachios, get the press for health benefits. Glad to see the southern pecan get a little love! Makes sense, though, since pecan is in the walnut botanical family.

Just hope it doesn’t cause the price to go up. They’re expensive enough as it is!
