IIRC, under the vaccine immunity act that set up the vaccine injury fund, the company secures it’s protection by disclosing everything. If they fail to disclose a potential adverse reaction, they can be held liable for that.
Additionally, since they have basically colluded to ensure that the Faux Vax is the only choice/only way forward etc., that is a felony violation of the anti-trust laws (and homicide in my opinion). Commission of a felony also lifts the immunity.

To me, it looks like the FDA renamed part of the shot and gave that one authorization to use for folks 16 and older, and the original named shot stayed under EUA for folks 12 to 16.
