UPDATE - Kamala Harris' flight from Singapore was delayed by three hours because of an "anomalous health incident" (Havana Syndrome) in Hanoi, Vietnam.

So again....if the health incident was in Hanoi, but the delay is in Singapore... Wanted to get her to Singapore for medical check? Certainly better health care in Singapore than Hanoi!
