It's the dosage for taking niacin (nicotinic acid) and melatonin. This is the answer perhaps to all this sickness. No need for pharmaceuticals. The chart has three categories of risks. Whichever risk you fall under, that's where your dosage of melatonin and niacin come from.

The "flush" is a reaction from niacin intake. It's sort like an allergic reaction, but it's not. Hot hands or head. Itchy symptoms. These last no longer than an hour usually. They are not dangerous. The "sliding" dosage is so that you can figure out your melatonin to niacin ratio where this flush doesn't occur. This all depends on your body's store of each of these nutrients to dial in the dose.

Not the dosage ranges are for different ages. For adults in the "Protection" category the Flush niacin ranges from 500-1500mg u p to 3 times a day. For melatonin it's 6-30mg per day (melatonin is usually sold in 3mg capsules with fillers). I do not recommend weighing out mg of melatonin is why I mention the capsules. If they are gelatin capsules, the powder should be removed. Veg capsules are ok.

Again, this appears to be the CURE for vax adverse effects as well as long covid. Further it is preventative against COVID (and any other pathogen for that matter). Please let me know if you would like more information.

I know numberonepal answered your question, but it looks like a protocol to help you recover faster.

So you would look at the yellow area of the chart since you are past the acute phase.

A niacin flush helps flush the body of toxins. So you would want to take 500-1500 mg of niacin, preferably the powder type in a glass of water, mixed with 15-40 mg of melatonin.

Do this 2-3 times a day until you feel better, maybe 4-5 days?

I have to tell you the niacin flush is like a HOT SUNBURN for 20 min.

I gave some niacin to my husband once and I thought he was going to leave me hahahahahhaa. I gave him a niacin capsule, he left, and called me about 15 min later.. yelling “I’M ON FIRE.”
