One of the posts I gave earlier today suggests that enzymes in the lungs deal with it.
I remain unconvinced of its presence: I know about the Spanish University, but they used visual inspection (microscopy).
There was another University which used instrumental means (spectrosopy), but I can’t remember which one.
And one would need certified chain-of-custody, and control groups, on their samples.
