Oh, I read your post on the other thread about eating and getting nutrition from your food. Interesting. The one thing it inspired me to do was my (almost) daily exercise routine for my back issues. Tomorrow will be a bigger workout with some strength movements for the upper and lower body involved rather than just ROM and body-weight motion.
And back to your regularly scheduled program.
