What common foods contain the most fructose?
I’m sure I need to be avoiding this as I get older.
Just about anything that has been sweetened. High-fructose Corn Syrup is much cheaper than cane sugar (sucrose) that it's used in almost all processed foods. Read the ingredient labels.

Mostly anything processed. Salad dressings, coffee creamers, bread ....
You have to read labels. High fructose and partially/ydrogenated oils are in so many things. The 2 together keep Big Pharma in business.
