There is no way The Pentagon will allow it to land, imo.
As I recall his personal jet is a 757 so it would need to make a number of stops to get there. He could of course land it in India or other nearby country and then make a public plea that his plane is on stand by fueled up and ready to help.
A report from March shows it with shrink-wrapped engines. Probably not flyable. Oh well, it was a good idea.
