It appears that the stage is being set for another fraudulent election.
The fix is in. There should be no holes in any election ballots, period. If there are holes, it is for a nefarious reason, called cheating, however it is done.
It also makes it easier for those who cheat, to somehow open the mail in boxes...evidently with a key that they had...look at the ballots and destroy the ones that they don’t like.
The above happened, with two people opening the “secure”...what a joke...mailbox and taking ballots out and putting them in their purses...

ANYONE WHO DOES NOT VOTE IN PERSON COULD HAVE THEIR BALLOT STOLEN.
I just don’t get it:
Voting in person is THE SAFEST WAY TO AVOID FRAUD.
California is lost.
Maybe some "reporter" should contact the printing company who printed the ballots and ask for the name of the person(s) who designed the ballots.
With all the fraud going on? Good luck with that. I would love to see Larry win this! It would save California. But the powers that be? I don’t hold out a lot of hope.
I share your concern and lack of hope. I just have a little bit more hope than you. And I can tell already that you have essentially equal levels of certainty as I do, so we’re back to me not having to listen to you and you getting used to it.
We were in this situation when Grey Davis was getting recalled and Tom McClintock was in the lead. This time around no Hollywood RINO celeb took the top spot, so Larry has a better chance than Tom did. When ahhnold ran, all kinds of ‘electability’ republicans on this board supported him. Now we don’t have as many RINOs on this board, so it’s a pleasant turn of events.
I hope you are right. I will celebrate with you here on FR if Newsom is recalled. I do believe in miracles and California can use one.

You can see The Yes or No vote from outside the envelope with a flashlight. Doesn’t matter how you fold it either. Holes are not necessary. I have pics but don’t know how to upload from my computer.

"The first and most important reason is for accessibility for visually impaired voters," she said. "We got some feedback from our blind community and from the secretary of state's office that in order for blind voters to be able to identify where the signature line is on the envelope, which is very important for them to sign, that this would provide them some individuality and autonomy to vote on their own."
She said that the second reason for the holes is so "that after we open the envelope, take out the ballot and process it, we can visually tell immediately whether or not that envelope is empty to make sure that no ballot paper is left behind," she said." link
