But are you SURE this letter is LEGIT and not an elaborate SCAM to extract more personal information from you? I guess that if you did not receive your payment it is legit but perhaps some sort of shenanigans stopped your payment to begin with?

It’s legit. It came with other paperwork. I just shared what you see, and removed all pertinent info.
