Exactly! That was my first thought: Just because you surgically put a uterus into your body, does not mean it will work like a uterus. Plus, fallopian tubes are kind of necessary for that.

Perhaps it thinks that after having a uterus implanted it can then just have eggs implanted. But, that doesn't work because the cycle to prepare the uterus to take a fertilized egg is missing.

These people seem to think that breast implants and uterus implants make them female. They really don't.
