I can see any number of reasons why this is a very bad idea. But logical reasoning simply is not a strategy to be used with certain mindsets.
OK, this one. Why bother with natural wombs at all? The technology probably exists, or can be gained within a very few more years, to create and maintain an entirely artificial environment for the implantation, growth and development of an embryo into a viable human being (or other species, for that matter), without having to resort to messy, uncertain and unreliable “natural” methods.
Again, to reiterate the original comment, “just because we can doesn’t mean we should.”

Obviously we shouldn’t, but I doubt we even can. At the very best I imagine they’d have to slice this person open again for a c-section. And that just seems like a bad plan.
