“Que mala” Harris is, at best a resident alien, not known to have ever studied the US customs or to have any understanding of how the government works. At any level, state, Federal or local.
But man, is she ever a perky little race baiter. Just what you want as the titular head of government.
She is not a natural born citizen.
But nobody cares about that. Ask Barry Obama, or whatever his name is.
She is certainly NOT a natural born citizen.
Anyone born with more than ONE nationality is not NATURALLY an American if they are also born something else.

Neither of her parents were American citizens at the time of her birth. She is an anchor baby and not qualified to be VP, let alone President. Everyone in DC knows this.

You can’t say illegal alien. You have to describe her as an undocumented Democrat.
It does not matter. Per the 20th amendment she is deemed qualified for the VP & Presidency. We went through this with obambam.
She is a natural born citizen under U.S. law and U.S.S.C. rulings. Selectively interpreting laws, court cases, and reading into her parent's fully legal immigration what is not there will not change anything. Her parents were in the immigration process at the time of her birth and had renounced citizenship to their parent countries. The U.S.S.C. has stated that being in the process of becoming a citizen changes things with the law. Kamala never had any country other than the U.S. that could claim her as a citizen.
There are only two classes of American citizens, naturalized and natural born. There is no third class of ambiguous or indeterminate. Since no country could legally claim her, her parents were becoming U.S. citizens, and she was born on U.S. soil, she is a natural born citizen. If a case is brought the courts arguing otherwise it will lose.
This is a losing strategy that will only make conservatives look bad.

even if she is in the country legally, she is still ineligible for the Vice presidency or the presidency (she has cleverly erased all data on her website that indicated the facts of her parents’ foreign status)
She has a US passport at this point, hard to revisit whether she was in the US illegally or not. I do think it has been established elsewhere that her parents were here illegally, that Kamala is an anchor baby, neither of her parents were US citizens, so therefore Kamala is not a natural born citizen. Unfortunately, no one has standing Apparently to challenge whether she is legally able to assume the office of president.
What was meant by natural born citizen was defined in immigration law as having two citizen parents. The law was superseded and the definition was not in the new one because it only covered naturalization. And children of two citizen parents overseas are automatically citizens. We are a blood country, not a land country like England. They are subjects. The founders intentionally broke with that precedent.
