A shocking video making the rounds on social media claims to show a panicked crowd rush into the terminal at Kabul airport after Afghanistan fell to the Taliban — but the footage was shot in Texas.

The footage posted by several Twitter users, including by @Conflict_Zones, is actually a clip of anxious fans rushing into AT&T Stadium in Arlington for a 2019 game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Seattle Seahawks, Newsweek said in a report Thursday.

The clip was originally posted on Jan. 5, 2019, by Jon Machota, a reporter for The Athletic who was covering the game for the outlet.
