My fingernails have been very inconsistent with length and toenails are barely growing and soft

Pretty sure that diet has been the culprit, having lost 25 pounds in 3 months from loss of taste

Don’t eat for 3-4 days at a time and wierd schitt happens

Finally started eating again and taste coming back and gained 5 pounds
