This is evil. And definitely a violation of Nuremburg.

A top notch lawyer could bankrupt the hospital...
A super good lawyer could get the Board of Directors brought up on charges in front of an International Crimes Against Humanity Tribunal.

Why didn’t they just shoot him in the head? It would have been more humane. Call it a late term abortion.

We have a de facto NHS.
They decide what care you get and when.

Curious as to why the UW would insist on giving a person with an obvious comorbidity one of those killer vaccines in the first place. Doesn’t seem right.

In all fairness, there have always been certain requirements for transplant recipients to be somewhat compliant. Not following through with appointments, medications, substance abuse are considered.
Taking a lot of post op steroids would make you immunocompromised and....

We now have a society approved caste system, just like India... We now have “untouchables”.

Usually there is a waiting list for transplants. The logic of this hospital is that if they give someone a new heart, and that person dies of Covid, then someone is in the hot seat if it turns out that the hospital didn't try to prevent the patient from getting Covid. It is all about C.Y.A., and not about the efficacy of a Covid "vaccine". I'm sure insurance companies have a say-so too. As the say "follow the money".

I think they simply need to ration scarce heart transplants to those who will treat their new heart well. For example:
https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/heart-transplant/about/pac-20384750
EXTRACT:
“…heart transplant is not right for everyone, however. You might not be a good candidate for a heart transplant if you:
…
…
…
…
…Are unwilling or unable to make lifestyle changes necessary to keep your donor heart healthy, such as not drinking alcohol or not smoking…”
I guess they think willingness to prevent/limit COVID-19 infection by being vaccinated is such a “lifestyle change” to keep the new heart healthy.
