Intermittent fasting is easy. Stop eating about by 7pm and wait about 12 to 14 hours. Skip breakfast. Have a cup or two of coffee in the morning.
It’s best to adjust your diet as well. At a minimum, eliminate oils like canola, soy bean, peanut, etc. (Animal days, butter, olive oil, and palm oil are okay) Also reduce to a minimum sugar and refund carbs.

I tried intermittent fasting. Didnt do a thing for me. I finally figured out that’s because I was more or less doing it anyway. Was just the way I ate. So I went to one meal a day. Worked like magic. I eat whatever I want. Even dessert occasionally and have lost 45 lbs slowly but surely. I inspired my cousin with my weight loss and she started it. So far she’s lost 20 lbs. Now it’s just the way I eat.
