That’s what I do anyway because I sleep so much. (??)
Its easy. I just skipped breakfast. I stop eating at 6 pm...water only.... at Bfast, I have my 3 cups of coffee and eat at 12 or 1. Its not that bad. Once a month I try to go 24 hours +, but should do that once a week.
