I've been following this since the weekend but not hour by hour.

Am I to understand that Biden withdrew all the military troops from theater before all of the Americans and Afghan support staff were evacuated?

Then he had to turnaround and send troops back into the Kabul to handle the mess that he created?

You don't have to be a rocket scientist or military expert to realize that is the stupidest decision ever. Why would he do that?

If he is that far gone brain wise, his military commanders should have nixed the idea and if they couldn't get him to back down, announce their resignations. Otherwise, the entire bunch look incredibly incompetent.
