It’s not barely believable, it seems unbelievable.
If what he says is true, that strongly suggests that whatever intelligence gathering systems they have in place in Afghanistan at the time totally failed.

Did they even ask him why Biden pushed back the date to August 31 so that the Taliban had their entire summer fighting season to prepare and move through Afghanistan. They sink back into Pakistan during the winter when a conditioned withdrawal would’ve been happening under President Trump
I’m offended by his repeated plea that none should criticize him because ‘we are in the middle of an operation to bring people home’, and ‘there will be time for criticism later’.
We can walk and chew gum at the same time. Criticism is deserved and we will continue to point out the Administrations mistakes now and in the future.
