It’s real. Early reports were the billboards were hacked. Not true. What is true as the owner of the billboard, Tedder, did this himself as he has aquaitances trapped in Afghanistan.

Yes, it’s real, only the impact is diminished somewhat because it is an electronic billboard that cycles through other ads.
